Steps:

1: Login to your store’s back-end

2: Goto Stores > Configuration > Advanced > Admin

3: Under Admin Base URL set Use Custom Admin Path to Yes

4: Under Custom Admin Path enter the new slug you’d like to use for your back-end login

5: Hit Save Config

That’s it!
